Do I need a paid AI subscription?

Chitta does not require one for supported local AI. You still provide the device, storage and electricity. Initial model downloads and optional online features need a connection.

Will the website run AI on my files?

No. The website shows a simulated interface and prepared examples. The installed Chitta app performs the actual local AI work. No website file upload or cloud inference happens in the previews.

Why are the Windows and Android versions different?

They have separate release schedules and capabilities. Download the package for your device rather than assuming both platforms have every feature.
